At Red Frog Archery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't hit the mark, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
